These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.pixelplannergirl.com (the “Website”), operated by Pixel Planner Girl, LLC (“Company,” “Pixel Planner Girl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to the Website and the digital products, resources, content, and related services offered by Pixel Planner Girl. Our products may include, but are not limited to, digital planners, templates, spreadsheets, Notion systems, worksheets, educational resources, browser-based tools, and other digital products developed or offered by Pixel Planner Girl.
By accessing or using our Website, purchasing a product, or accessing our digital resources, you agree to these Terms. Our collection and use of personal information are described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the Website and our products.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
Our Website and digital products are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using our Website or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
You agree to use the Website, its content, and our digital products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Additional restrictions on prohibited activities and unauthorized use are described in Section 12.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the original content, materials, designs, software, and other creative work produced by Pixel Planner Girl, LLC are owned by or licensed to Pixel Planner Girl, LLC, to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some materials may incorporate AI-assisted or AI-generated elements, licensed third-party assets, or other content subject to separate ownership or usage rights. Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive intellectual property rights over materials that are not legally eligible for such protection.
Our original materials may include, but are not limited to:
Website content, written materials, and original graphics.
Digital planners, templates, worksheets, spreadsheets, and organizational systems.
Browser-based tools, including their original software, interfaces, designs, and content.
Educational resources, guides, and downloadable materials.
Original podcast recordings, scripts, show notes, and other content produced for the Pretty Organized podcast.
Product names, branding, and other original creative materials.
Certain images, fonts, software, graphics, and other elements may be licensed from third parties and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Accessing our Website or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or create unauthorized derivative products from our protected materials.
The permissions granted to customers for customizing and using purchased digital products are described in Section 4.
You may share links to publicly available pages on our Website, provided you do not falsely suggest that Pixel Planner Girl sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you.
To request permission to use our content beyond the permissions granted in these Terms, please contact info@pixelplannergirl.com.
4. Digital Product License and Permitted Use
When you purchase or receive a digital product from Pixel Planner Girl, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use that product for your personal use or your own internal business operations, subject to these Terms and any additional product-specific conditions.
Each purchase or individual redemption is intended for one person only.
Purchasing a product for use in your business does not extend the license to your employees, contractors, virtual assistants, business partners, clients, or other team members.
You may use our digital products to organize, plan, manage, and support your own personal activities or business operations.
Customization and Permitted Use
You may customize, edit, duplicate, or adapt a digital product as reasonably necessary for your own permitted personal or internal business use, provided such use complies with these Terms and any applicable third-party platform licenses.
This permission does not authorize you to distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the original product or your modified versions with others.
For example, you may customize a spreadsheet or template to organize your own business information, but you may not distribute that template to other people or offer it as a product of your own.
Ownership and Restrictions
Purchasing or receiving a product does not transfer ownership of the product, its underlying software, designs, templates, content, or intellectual property.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away our digital products.
Share purchased product files, login credentials, private access links, or other access information with another person.
Allow another individual to use a product under your single-user license, including employees, contractors, virtual assistants, or business partners.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our products for use by others, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Offer our products, or unauthorized copies or adaptations of them, as your own products or services.
Remove or alter copyright notices, licensing information, or other ownership identifiers.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of browser-based products, except where permitted by applicable law.
Use our products in a manner that infringes upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
You may use the information, plans, notes, and other original work you create through our organizational tools for your own purposes, including your business activities.
Your ownership of your own information and work does not extend to the underlying Pixel Planner Girl product, software, template, or design used to create or organize it.
Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Pixel Planner Girl, LLC.
5. Digital Product Purchases, Payments, and Delivery
Pixel Planner Girl offers digital products, including digital planners, templates, spreadsheets, organizational systems, downloadable resources, educational materials, and browser-based tools.
Products may be purchased through third-party checkout platforms, including ThriveCart. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed during checkout.
After completing a purchase, customers will receive access to their products through the delivery method specified at checkout or in their purchase confirmation.
Depending on the product, delivery may include:
Access through ThriveCart Academy or another designated product library.
Downloadable digital files, templates, or resources.
Access to browser-based tools through designated links.
Access to templates or systems designed for third-party platforms, such as Notion, Google Sheets, or Canva.
Instructions, links, or other access information provided by email or through a customer account.
Certain products may require customers to use third-party software, platforms, or accounts. Any applicable platform requirements, costs, or limitations will be identified in the relevant product description where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information and maintaining access to the email address associated with their purchase.
If you experience difficulty receiving or accessing a purchased product, please contact info@pixelplannergirl.com for assistance.
Promotional Offers and Bundle Redemptions
From time to time, Pixel Planner Girl may participate in promotional events, digital product bundles, or other special offers.
Promotional products and discounts may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, redemption deadlines, coupon codes, or other restrictions disclosed as part of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Products obtained through promotional offers remain subject to these Terms, including the single-user license and intellectual property restrictions.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All digital product sales are final, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.
Pixel Planner Girl provides digital products that may be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase.
Because digital products cannot reliably be returned or access to previously delivered materials fully revoked, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or products that customers decide not to use, except as required by law.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, features, compatibility information, and access requirements carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing a purchased product, please contact info@pixelplannergirl.com so we can investigate and provide reasonable assistance.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Additional Terms for Browser-Based Studios and Tools
The following provisions apply specifically to Pixel Planner Girl products that operate as browser-based applications or interactive web tools.
These provisions supplement the general Terms applicable to all Pixel Planner Girl digital products. They do not apply to downloadable templates, spreadsheets, Notion systems, or other products unless expressly stated in the applicable product description.
Ongoing Access
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, browser-based Studios are offered as one-time purchases without recurring subscription fees.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product description or promotional offer, purchasing or legitimately redeeming access to a browser-based Studio provides ongoing access while that product remains available and supported by Pixel Planner Girl.
Ongoing access does not constitute a guarantee of lifetime or perpetual availability.
Pixel Planner Girl may update, modify, maintain, replace, or discontinue a Studio when reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, or business reasons, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at the time of purchase.
We aim to provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes to product availability whenever practical.
Product Availability and Technical Requirements
Browser-based Studios require a compatible device, web browser, and internet connection to access the hosted application.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own devices, browser software, and internet access.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain product availability, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical difficulties, hosting issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Access Links and Single-User Licensing
Each Studio purchase or individual redemption is licensed for use by one person only, as described in Section 4.
Customers may not share private Studio access links or otherwise provide unauthorized access to another person.
8. Customer Information, Local Storage, and Backups
Certain browser-based Studios allow customers to enter and organize their own information, notes, ideas, plans, or other content.
For Studios that use browser-based local storage, information entered into the application is saved on the customer's device rather than automatically synchronized to an online customer account.
Unless a particular product expressly provides otherwise:
Information stored locally may not automatically appear on another device or browser.
Clearing browser data, changing devices, resetting a browser, or other technical events may result in loss of locally stored information.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of information they wish to preserve.
Available backup and restoration features should be used according to the instructions provided with the product.
Customers retain ownership of the original information and content they enter into our Studios.
Pixel Planner Girl does not claim ownership of customers' original notes, plans, ideas, or other information created through their use of the products.
Where information is stored only on a customer's device, Pixel Planner Girl may not have access to that information and may be unable to retrieve or restore it if lost.
Customers should avoid entering sensitive information into a Studio unless they understand the product's storage capabilities and security limitations.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Email Communications and Privacy
When you purchase a product, request a free resource, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise provide your contact information, Pixel Planner Girl, LLC may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Transactional Communications
When you purchase or register for a product, we may send emails necessary to fulfill your purchase or provide access to your digital resources.
These communications may include purchase confirmations, delivery instructions, account information, product access details, important service announcements, and customer support responses.
Transactional and service-related communications are separate from marketing emails.
Email Marketing and Subscription Management
Pixel Planner Girl uses third-party services, including ThriveCart and Encharge, to manage purchases, customer information, and email communications.
When a customer completes a purchase or redeems a promotional product through ThriveCart, purchase or redemption information is transmitted to Encharge, where the customer may be automatically added to our email contact system.
Our email communications may include newsletters, educational content, business updates, product announcements, and promotional offers, where permitted by applicable law.
We will obtain consent for marketing communications where required by law and honor applicable unsubscribe requests.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting info@pixelplannergirl.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent you from receiving transactional or service-related communications related to products you have purchased or registered to access.
For more information about how we collect, use, and manage personal information, please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.pixelplannergirl.com/privacy-policy.
10. Third-Party Platforms, Services, and External Links
Pixel Planner Girl uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate its Website, process payments, deliver digital products, communicate with customers, and provide certain product features.
These platforms may include website hosting providers, payment processors, email marketing services, digital product delivery platforms, and other technology providers.
Certain products may also be designed for use with third-party applications, including Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, or similar platforms.
Third-Party Product Requirements
Some digital products require access to a third-party application, account, or service to function as intended.
Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party accounts, software, or subscriptions unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable product description.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and service limitations.
Pixel Planner Girl does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, compatibility, or functionality.
If a third-party platform changes its features, policies, or technical requirements, those changes may affect the functionality of products designed for that platform.
We may make reasonable efforts to address compatibility issues when practical, but we do not guarantee that every product will remain compatible with all future versions of third-party software.
External Links
Our Website, blog, podcast show notes, newsletters, and digital resources may contain links to websites, products, or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience, informational purposes, or recommendations.
Pixel Planner Girl is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Affiliate Relationships
Some external links may be affiliate links through which Pixel Planner Girl may earn a commission or other compensation if you make a qualifying purchase.
Where applicable, we disclose material affiliate relationships in accordance with relevant advertising and consumer protection requirements.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-Assisted Content
Pixel Planner Girl, LLC may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with various aspects of its creative and business processes, including brainstorming, writing, editing, coding, design, image generation, and digital product development.
Certain content, illustrations, images, software components, and other materials offered by Pixel Planner Girl may be created or developed with AI assistance.
The use of AI during product development does not necessarily mean that a finished product contains AI-powered functionality or requires customers to use AI.
Some Pixel Planner Girl products may include pre-written prompts, exercises, or other resources designed for optional use with third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT. These resources do not independently generate AI responses or provide access to third-party AI services. Customers are responsible for obtaining access to any third-party services they choose to use and for reviewing those services' terms and privacy practices before submitting information.
If Pixel Planner Girl offers products with integrated AI functionality in the future, additional product-specific terms, disclosures, or privacy information may apply.
AI-assisted materials may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. Customers are responsible for evaluating information and determining whether it is appropriate for their circumstances.
Where required by applicable law, Pixel Planner Girl will provide additional disclosures regarding AI-generated content or AI functionality.

Where appropriate and reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a violation before restricting access.
